This activity is perfect for both adults and kids. Your ticket to the Aquabounce includes unlimited entrance. If you have a spare hour between other tours or would like to relax on the dock whilst your kids exhaust themselves; this is the deal!

Your Questions

We do not provide transportation therefore we ask that you either get a taxi or use your own transportation. We will email/contact you with the address of location.
In the rare event that it is not safe to do the tour, a full refund will be given.
All cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. All cancellations must be emailed to info@funcancun.com. Any cancellation under 7 days in advance cannot be refunded. No shows are non-refundable.
For cancellations in case of sickness, a doctor's note is required for a full refund.
We are unable to issue a refund for a no-show.
If you have ear problems, asthma and epilepsy

If you're under the influence of alcohol or any other substance
