We do not provide transportation therefore we ask that you either get a taxi or use your own transportation. We will email/contact you with the address of location.

All cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours or more prior to the departure of the reserved activity will have a cancellation penalty of 50% of the cost of the activity. Any cancellations 24 hours or more in advance of the departure of the reserved activity will have a cancellation penalty of 75% of the cost of the activity. All cancellations must be emailed to info@funcancun.com. Any cancellations under 72 hours in advance cannot be refunded and will have a cancellation penalty of 100% of the cost of the activity. Same day cancellations and no shows are non-refundable and will also be charged the full price.

We are unable to to issue a refund for a no show under any circumstances.

Bring a bathing suit, spare change of clothes, and a towel. We recommend you bring a hat for the sun. If you'd like to purchase professional photos they come at an additional cost.

In the rare event that it is not safe to do the tour, a full refund will be given.

If you have ear problems, asthma, epilepsy.
If you’ve had surgery recently.
If you are pregnant.
If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you can not ride.

The minimum age for this activity is 8 years old. Minors must ride with a paid adult.
